These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Wrapman Fleet Graphics ("Wrapman," "we," "us," or "our") website and the services we provide, including vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, window tinting, decals, lettering, and signage. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Quotes & Estimates

Quotes and estimates are provided for informational purposes and are valid for the period stated. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle condition, design complexity, materials, and scope of work confirmed before installation. A quote does not guarantee availability until scheduled and confirmed.

Orders, Deposits & Payment

A deposit may be required to begin design or production. Remaining balances are due as agreed before or upon completion. Custom and printed materials are produced specifically for you and may be non-refundable once production begins.

Design Approval

You are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, colors, spelling, contact details, and layout before production. Once you approve a proof, you accept responsibility for its content. We are not liable for errors in approved artwork.

Vehicle Condition

Wraps, graphics, and tint adhere best to clean, undamaged surfaces. We are not responsible for the condition of factory paint, aftermarket paint, rust, prior damage, or peeling that results from pre-existing surface issues. Removal of older wraps or tint may take additional time and cost.

Warranty

Workmanship is performed to professional standards. Material performance is subject to the manufacturer's warranty for the specific films used. Normal wear, improper care, accidents, abrasive washing, and environmental damage are not covered. Care instructions will be provided on request.

Scheduling & Turnaround

Timelines are estimates and may be affected by design revisions, material availability, weather, and vehicle preparation. We will communicate any significant changes to your schedule.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Deposits and costs already incurred for custom design or production may be non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wrapman Fleet Graphics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or website. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Intellectual Property

You represent that you have the right to use any logos, images, or content you provide for production. Website content, branding, and designs created by us remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
